		<description>Bravo!  Well written and oh how sadly true.  I stumbled onto your site, and this post and couldn&#039;t agree with you more.  If only more of the dometic car companies realized how to keep customers they wouldn&#039;t be in the situation they find themselves in today.  I consider myself a car guy and do a lot of maintenance myself.  But sometimes I don&#039;t have the time or expertise to fix a problem.  Over the years I&#039;ve delt with dealership service departments and local mechanics.  Sadly, the better experience has usually come from the local mechanic.  Oh, from reading this I assume you have moved to Florida recently.  Me too and I love it.  Take care
