		<description>thats true Jess, squeez pages are totally played out, however now, if you are lets say running a pay per click campaign and wanted to do some pre-pop to collect that lead as not only a new optin for your list, but you also have earned from the lead submission.
So yea, for me, it all depends on the situation etc...

Do they work, probably, but how good are the leads? I practice personal branding through blogging so prospects know full and well what I have to offer.</description>
